May 21 - Yoga with Sheri Ward at Red Bird Gift Company

Join us for a one-hour outdoor gentle sunset yoga flow with Sheri Ward Yoga.

Unwind at the end of the day with a calming, all-levels yoga class. This gentle flow includes mindful movement, soft twists, hip openers, and relaxing stretches designed to release tension and help you ease into the evening as the sun sets.

No experience required—just come comfortable and ready to move and breathe in the fresh evening air.

Bring:
• Yoga mat (blanket or towel for under your mat)
• Your favorite water bottle
• Yoga blocks or bricks (optional)

Please note: Since this is an outdoor class, Mother Nature may occasionally prevent us from practicing outside. If the weather requires us to cancel, you will receive credit toward a future class.
